Who can use Vula?
Vula is specifically for healthcare workers including medical administrators, allied healthcare workers and students in the medical field. We do not yet allow patients or the general public to register or use our app.
How do I get started?
Please download the app and register to get started. You will need your registration number from your professional body to register, along with an email address and phone number. We check and validate all healthcare workers registering so you will receive confirmation of your account within 24hours.
If you want to accept referrals for your department or team please fill out this form first and we’ll be in touch: Request to receive referrals.
Is there a desktop version?
Yes! Not all features from the mobile app are available yet but once you’ve registered on the mobile app you can access your account on web.vulamobile.com
Who do I contact if I have technical issues with the App or Web Platform?
Please contact our support team at support@vulamobile.com should you experience any technical issues or for assistance with any technical questions.
